Thank you for shopping with Kinder Writer. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality children’s books and developmental toys directly to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Destinations & Processing Times
- Coverage: We currently ship exclusively to customers within the United States.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS). [1]
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To ensure we offer the best curation of developmental products, our inventory is distributed across specialized fulfillment networks. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard US Fulfillment (Core Inventory):
- Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days.
- Applies to: Most children’s books and select developmental toy collections.

International Specialty Fulfillment (Select Items):
- Delivery Time: Upto 7 business days.
- Applies to: Oversized items, custom learning kits, and specialty educational toys dispatched from our global fulfillment partners.
Please note: If your order contains items from both fulfillment networks, your products may arrive in separate packages at different times. There are no additional shipping fees for split packages.
3. Currency Transparency at Checkout
We believe in complete transparency. To support our local operations and processing security, our store's base currency is the Kenyan Shilling (KES).
While you browse our catalog and view prices in US Dollars (USD) for your convenience, your final transaction at the checkout screen will be processed in KES. This conversion is calculated automatically using the real-time mid-market exchange rate. Your bank may apply a minor foreign transaction fee depending on your card issuer.
